1-1 STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

1 to 1 coaching is our primary service, delivering high quality individual coaching to help you unlock your full potential. With over 30 years of combined coaching experience, we have been entrusted to help individuals achieve permanent change in their performance.

 

Your first step starts here! 

 

We firmly believe that the effectiveness of any coach is truly dependent on the ability to communicate well, and that starts with listening to your fitness goals, ambitions and any trepidations you might have. So don't hesitate, get in contact and arrange your free 30 minute consultation!

 

Once committed your first session will be a 90 minute full assessment. This will consist of a movement screen, capacity testing and performance testing if applicable. This will be detailed in your welcome pack! Don't sweat it! This is just so your coach can prescribe the most accurate training interventions for you!

SUPPORT IN THE GYM AND OUT OF THE GYM...

 

Building consistency is what we are about. Creating positive habits. We understand your coaching session is only a small fraction of the training process. So as well as your 1-2-1 coaching session you get the chance to interact with us remotely. This is a training experience like no other. We help schedule your training outside of our sessions, provide you with a programme to access and enable you to feedback and monitor your training! We understand training is a continuous individual journey. The ability to be able to feedback metrics like your training load, heart rate variability and readiness questionnaires allows us to adapt training accordingly.  Once 1-2-1 coaching is purchased we send you an invite to the PERMA Performance app where all your training content will reside. You can also access this via the website on "My programmes".
